Survivorman in New York!
If you happen to be in New York on the 28th of April at 1:00 pm join Les at the Tribeca Film Festival. http://www.tribecafilmfestival.org/tff-ep-events.html .

"Statistically, the person most likely to get attacked by a shark is the one with the most flesh exposed." Get tips like this and more when we sit down with some seriously adventurous filmmakers - those who immerse themselves in the elements so that you don't have to! Let's compare scars.

And you won’t want to m! iss…
Wilderness exploration and science meet on the shores of Lake Ontario, Sunday May 13 at 2pm ET, when Les hosts Discovery Channel Canada’s LIVE webcast of the Canadian National Concrete Canoe Competition (http://grad.ce.queensu.ca/cnccc/index-e.html)
This event challenges university students across Canada to build a canoe out of ordinary sidewalk-grade concrete and race it against others, each holding teams of competitors: will they triumph? Will the canoes crack and sink to the bottom of the lake? We’re bringing the finals to the world-wide web in TV-quality broadband video.
