Good Stuff |
|
Well here a recipe I created, I just call it "Good Stuff" lol.
It started out with chicken in it, but I changed into a vegetarian dish, because it was better.
I start by melting 1 TBSP. of butter. Cube up a potatoe, and dice a thick slice of onion. Fry it in the butter. Meanwhile cook lentils, approx 1/4 cup maybe less. when the potatoes, and onions are cooked add the lentils. At the same time add about 3 cubed tomatoes, and some basil, salt and pepper. simmer that for a bit until the tomatoes are cooked nicely, and you're all done. It's pretty sweet depending upon what kind of potatoes, and onions you use.
btw it cooks better if you have the lid, on the whole time, and don't use too high of heat.
