Posting a video is simple.

There are a number of sites that host videos.

www.youtube.com is the best
www.putfile.com is not bad, but it has file size limiations

1 - Go to a site and register
2 - Follow the steps to hosting a video, just follow the site
3 - It will give you a link
4 - Copy that link
5 - Paste it on a message on this forum that you would like to show us
