 | | Thanks Peeps Ive got some T3's & just kicking back watching some movies & relaxing.
I know im going to go nuts in 5 days or so. I get restless easy. So im hoping to at least to get out for short walks soon.
There is a bird watching place about 20 minutes from here, so i might drive there & kill a day bird watching. Cheers |
Yeah it sucks being couped up in the house. Your accident is actually worse than when I flew off an ATV. I just got scratches and bruises.

I hope you wear a helmet...
That sucks you're laid up, but I'm very glad you went to the doctor. So sucks to be cooped up this time of year though.

I have that stuff written with a Sharpie inside my helmet, but the braclet is a good idea. Even something you can hang on your bike would be sufficient actually. Hmmm...may do this for all of us.

Wow, they're not even that expensive either! Very cheap shipping too. Going to have to look into that...but may wait until after we move. We're not sure if our phone number will be changing, but our address for sure is.

Just had my team tri today! Ran 5.3 miles in 36:50. Not bad considering I only ran that distance one time (Thursday) to make sure I could even do it

Since being home from school I have lost total of 21 pounds. I feel i've lost more but i've also been getting stronger. I now stand at 186 pounds. I run a minimum of 10-20 miles (16-32km) a week and often bike just as much. Add to that Jujitsu twice a week and hiking in my off time, as well as swimming and paddling a lot at work. A pic of where i'm at now is at http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v459/NSDaffy/P1260002.jpg

Quite a spectacle of a man, aren't ya?
Staying fit is a good thing. Your body will thank you for it later when you are old.
Keep up the good work.

Just got back from an aerobics day at the gym. Still got lots of energy too. I've been lifting about every other day now, and I'm starting to eat healthier, and eat less. So far so good.
