Slice mushrooms in half>





Combine one egg and milk>



Wet the mushrooms in this mixture>



Dust with flower. I use a zip lock bag with flower in it>



Place one at a time in fry pan with medium heat>



Brown on both sides>



I place them on a paper towel. Enjoy.>

I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but those look pretty tasty. Very Happy

Morel season is about over for this year. We did pretty good this year the weather was good for mushrooms.

Morels have a flavor like no other. If you tried some you would love them.

Fried food is always the best. Very Happy

Yeah I heard people go crazy for morrels. They don't even say where their picking locations are. Laughing

I have a friend that lives in Oklahoma and was telling me about these . They grow on Her property. Cool

behind the shed that we let grow. It grew so big that it fell over and when I picked it, it could fill a man's hand 1 1/2 times. I gave it away.
