Cooking Morel Mushrooms |
|
Slice mushrooms in half>
Combine one egg and milk>
Wet the mushrooms in this mixture>
Dust with flower. I use a zip lock bag with flower in it>
Place one at a time in fry pan with medium heat>
Brown on both sides>
I place them on a paper towel. Enjoy.>

Looks like you're an avid gatherer. If you don't gather now will they all disappear?

I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but those look pretty tasty.
Fried food is good.
You really like to cook, don't you?

Morel season is about over for this year. We did pretty good this year the weather was good for mushrooms.
Morels have a flavor like no other. If you tried some you would love them.
Fried food is always the best.

Yeah I heard people go crazy for morrels. They don't even say where their picking locations are.

People would probably pay admission to pick there.

Daughter found one... |

behind the shed that we let grow. It grew so big that it fell over and when I picked it, it could fill a man's hand 1 1/2 times. I gave it away.
