Folding stove |
|
Hi everyone:
Here's a neat little folding stove that I bought from Campingsurvival.com:
Comes in a Cordura type pouch with a belt loop on the back:
Just unfold & load it up with fuel:
Light her up:
About 5 minutes to boil a full cup:
The handle gets hot too,so you may need to improvise:
Well worth the $10.00 they charge for them.
Cliff

Those are Great little stoves. They work well with sterno or fuel pellets like Triox as well.
I am going to get one of those before hunting season. A friend of mine has one and the only problem he had was the paint bilstering. I think the problem is probably because it is made from sheet metal that expands and contracts rapidly. He sandblasted his down and used high temperature engine paint and it works great now, (Except it is now Chrysler blue )

I'll bet Les would love to have had one of those in some of the places he has been.
And you can't beat $10 with a stick!
