That's what the Cup is, you can reuse it month after month. The ultimate way to eliminate waste! Plus, if you happened to be using it and stranded on an island long term, hey, you wouldn't have to worry about that at least. Laughing

I'm sure the guys are like...um...ok....LOL But hey, it's a fact of life for us women and you all know how I live Green. It's popular in Europe and has been for years, getting more attention in North America now thankfully. Such as, a year ago you had to order it online, but now you can find it at certain health stores and some drug stores in Canada.

Lara, if you want me to PM you, I will. Smile

Is Global warming real? i'm not sure, maybe, but I wish people would think and react logically to it, carbon tax? Carbon credits? When Al Gore sells his 80 room home and his private jet, and starts driving a vegetable oil powered vehicle, I'll give him a chance

And for the record, I started recycling long before it was mainstream, I'm a bit of an ass about it actually, (ask my wife!) I ride my bike or walk instead of drive, I've started growing my own food, doing things to my home to cut down on heating costs, etc.. so I'm not just some dummy talking out of my ass, I believe we need to take care of the planet, but like I said, in a logical manner

Thats great that you are passionate about caring for good old Mother Earth. And have been doing your bit to keep it clean & taking care of it. The World needs more people like you/use. Ive been doing all the things you have mentioned for years myself, long before all this. I get it from my Dad. In a logical manner, yes, i totaly agree Cool

I'm sorry if my post came across as anal, I'm just so tired of all the hype, the irrational hysteria, you know what I mean? All this "greenness" (is that a real word?) is doing nothing but costing me $$ and I dont have much of it to begin with

Ay, sometimes people get too carried away with that stuff like banning stuff all together which i think is wrong. Like animal rights activist just centerd upon the earth.

I am making an effort to be more effiecent and less carelss when it comes to the enviroment though.

Big time. And these days most, if not all, of the new appliances are all energy efficient anyway.

As for Al Gore and his house...he has buffers that lessen the impact of his electricity by over half. If I wasn't so bloody exhausted right now I'd explain it better, but he's not all that bad. At least he makes people think, even if they don't like him much. At least he uses his celebrity status in a good way for the world, instead of some idiots for their own gain. Same with others like Bono and even that dude from Titanic.
