Shocked Bigfoot has discovered Les Stroud!

What I mean is, the Bigfoot Field Research Organization has a link to Les' blogs on their homepage. Apparently their interest in Les is related to his account of his Alaskan week. I'm not going to read the blog until I've seen the Alaskan episode.

For those who are not familiar with BFRO, they compile and rate Sasquatch sightings across North America. They also examine other Sasquatch evidence (footprint casts, film, vocal recordings, etc.) and organize expeditions to look for Sasquatch. Their website is fascinating. Check out the many different areas where Sasquatch have been reportedly seen by normal, bush-savy people. They apparently aren't limited to western mountain ranges.

I can understand sasquatch existing in the western mountainous regions of North America, but what surprises me is the number of apparently legitimate sightings in the east, such as in verious parts of the Appalachians, and even in some of the middle/southern States. But then, they are masters at staying concealed from humans. According to governments, there are no cougars left in eastern North America; but people who would know a cougar when they see one have sighted them in northern Ontario, Pennsylvania, and other areas. So maybe there are more large species in the woods than we realize.

Oh definitely, BushRat. There's a whole lot more out there that we don't know about yet. Smile

As for Bigfoot.....well, I'm not convinced. Wink
