 | | I gave the behind the scenes a 9 because everything was pretty good except I thought there should have been more in the episode. More extensive "behind the scenes". Not sure what but more. Other than that it was great, especially the bloopers. |
This thread is for the SEASON TWO Behind the Scenes episode.
How could you have seen it yet?

10!
Just awesome.
Very eye-opening about what it takes to make Survivorman.
Would have like to seen some bloopers.

I wish Les went into a bit more detail about cameras and such (like how many batteries he goes through and maybe even showed some trash shots--I might be over curious about that stuff though since I am into photography). I would have liked to have seen some really horrible footage though, or just some sort of camera malfunction...I dunno why, I guess it would just show how much harder it is to survive AND bring home beautiful footage.
Otherwise it was a pretty awesome episode. It was neat to see all the research that goes into the making of "Survivorman." Plus, it was pretty funny how he saw other people while filming the Alaska and Labrador episodes. It is kind of crazy to think that in the Alaska episode, if he didn't make any signals or was asleep while those people came, he'd have no help. Unless they did venture to his camp area to check him out and he didn't catch that on film. Because from what I saw, they left him well alone.

WOW!!!
I loved seeing all the work they put into it...(we all certainly appreciate it)
and I really liked seeing the scouting for locations and the local guides (the guy reaching up into the snakes home was hilarious)
