I got this shovel for christmas. Im not sure of the brand name (as it is home and I am at school in fredericton) but this is what it looks like. I can't wait for spring to try it out!

thanks, i'l let everyone know how it holds up under use. The only thing i am not to fond of is the plastic handle. It is thick and doesn't bend much, but it is the weakest part in my opinion. It is pretty heavy, and is mostly made of steel. The locker that holds it in it's unfolded state, and the handle, are plastic though.

That would be the Gerber NATO Folding Shovel if I'm not mistaken. Very Happy

That is exactly the one pictured, however that is not the one i own.. just one that i found on the net to post here in the mean time since both the shovel and my camrea are back home.
