Sounds good to me, its like some sort of delicacy or something. You can tell fine dining when your food is flammable

But for those of you in the US, I found an alternative. Bed bath and beyond sells a product called swiss fire gel (comes in a bottle version) next to where they keep sternos. It is 94% ethanol, so it should burn great.
