Nelson Rocks is a privately owned wilderness area (must be nice!) in Virginia that is open to the public. It looks awesome from their website. But be sure to click on the disclaimer at the bottom of the page. It looks like it was written by lawyers, then translated into plain English. The owners are extremely concerned about being sued by overconfident customers.

Looks like they suspended rock climbing there. I guess no matter what they say, it's an insurance liability. That's probably why they want to sell as well...
