Fire from well... fireworks |
|
anyone ever try starting a fire with a sparkler? My parents hate all fireworks but sometimes we use them at a friends house. Well i used a sparkler and burnt a hole in a pop can it was that hot. So i was thinking if you have one match light it then use it to make you fire just wondering.

man, i duno about the sparklers that you guys have but it takes a lighter and a fair bit of time to light a sparkler, at least in my experience. I can guarantee I couldn't light one off one match if my life depended on it.

They arn't allowed here, it's too dry. But I do have a few pounds of black powder that are fun to draw designs with and then light it.

Throwing Primer caps from a muzzleloader into a fire is allways fun too!

Me? Never! It harms the cows, and can get you shot!

We use to burry them, as well as .22 casings that have had the bullets removed inside camp fire pits that were too close to the cabins. After about an hour or two they would start to pop.

Isn't cow tipping kind of like snipe hunting?

We have a variety around here called "Morning glory" sparklers. You can light them with a small flame and they burn for a while, going trough different color combinations and sparks. They may not be as hot as metal sparklers, though.
