I have this cookbook. It is interesting in that it gives you a different perspective on getting wild plants to make a meal

Wild Vegetarian Cookbook by "Wildman" Steve Brill

That looks like a pretty neat book. It would be a good way in developing an interest in foraging for wild foods. Not just a boring field guide.

I was just reading in a primative skills book about how we need to be aware that living requires eating meat, and a little plant extras. Just wanted to re-emphasive this. It is really hard to live off plants in the wild.
