Yeah I been there. Awesome place no doubt. When I went onto the boardwalk towards the "mud volcano" and the rest of the geysers, there was a buffalo on top of a hill not 8 meters away!! Huge things... no question about it.

But man that place smelled really bad Laughing Laughing

I think Yellowstone just moved a place or two higher on my list. Very Happy
How far off the beaten path did you have to go to see all that wildlife?

All of the wildlife we saw was while we were on a road or a boardwalk. 12 bears like 4 grizzleys (1 cub 3 adults) and 8 black bears (like 3 cubs and 4 adults), one wolf being chased by 2 coyotes out of their terratory (he was only a year old so didnt know to scare them off, 1 coyote eating a ground squirrel, and one just by the road, numerous elk and bison and pronghorn, a few deer, and 3 moose in bighorn national forest on the way there, also 2 bighorn in yellowstone on oppisite sides of a hill.
