Dandelion Salad

- 3 boiled potatoes
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Celary salt & pepper
Mix, & place in rings on a crisp lettuce leaf.
In center, put tablespoon of cooked dandelions, & cover with mixture of mayonnaise & cream.
Fleck with grated boiled eggs.

dandelions can also be a survival food eh?

Yes it does. though it might taste like crap, it will keep you alive. it is just important to make it properly or you can get sick.

But remember this, even if you make something properly you may get sick. Everyones bodies react differnt to all types of food and edibles.

I got sick the first time i drank pine tea, i didnt throw up but i felt like it.

Now i can stomatch it easy.

Dandelions are actually pretty tasty (at least I think they are)...
