Saving large files to your desktop is a bad idea. It slows down the computer. It is best to save it to a file somewhere else. If I were you, I would put it in the file labeled: MY DOCUMENTS. Smile

Downloads use a lot of processing speed. Did you get a message along the lines of 'dumping physical memory'? If so, you probably need a faster processor, or regulate your download speed.

When I download I leave it sit, and don't do anything else. If you are using the internet simultaneously it'll take forever.
