Ok so i've got a ton of ray mears media stocked on my computer now. in this thread i will upload some episodes of his, bushcraft, and extreme survival series. i'm uploading one of them as we speak. for those of you not familiar with ray mears, just think of survivorman, but with all the tools he needs, and an incredible knowledge and skill of bushcraft to help in survival situations. like bear grylls, he is an englishman, but far superior to his to bear. bear grylls is an adrenaline junkie who is liable to get anyone who takes him seriously killed. ray mears, is a liable to save your life.. granted you can manipulate your natural surroundings the way he does. Smile

Nice!

I have all those too but am far to lazy to upload them all. However I was going to upload all the fire making methods, crafts, and shelters. (The skiis he gets made are really cool)

I'm going to move this thread to Videos though because it will be easier to find. And good description of ray mears and his show.

Extreme Survival Series 1, Episode 3 - Psychology of Survival.

3more episodes, and that does it for series 1. and instead of moving on to series 2, i'm going to start uploading ray mears, bushcraft series 1. but don't worry, i'll switch back to extreme survival after that, and vice versa. ENJOY!

Heres what TrooperMax is talking about Very Happy
First down load a P2P program like utorrent (I use the stand alone) then go to isohunt or some other site a click Ray Mears then click DOWNLOAD TORRENT and open it with utorrent Very Happy
But watch out it's a big file Very Happy

I use emule, it uses ed2k links that I think has faster downloads then torrents.

Hmm. You've got XP, right? You might try opening them thru the DivX player if you've got one. Sometimes works for me when I'm having trouble.

I'm using Windows media player and it's fine.
