Hydro backpack |
|
I pick'd one up today, really like it! It holds 2 liters of water and has a pocket that I can put some energy bars in. I am going to be training for a triathelon, starting after the 12th of april, and I figured this would aid in my training for the bike and run. I think i'l wear it hiking too! anyway, here it is.

Canadian Tire. 19.99+ tax. love it. I had a pic from behind but i hate how i look from that angle. with the waist strap on you can see how small my waist is compared to my back! The curse of being a swimmer and fighter!

ANGRY!!!! THE seal that the tube screws into isn't quite water tight, and slowly 2 liters of water leaked out. SO MAD, gonna return this piece of garbage in about 20 min.

Asolo makes a good Hydration Pack. 2 litres. Its about $ 36.00 - 40.00
Ive had mine for 3 years. And you can buy replacement water bags. MEC sells them. I picked up a 3 litre one.
It was i think, $ 15.00

I had a similar experience with a hydration pack/backpack from London Drugs. It was great at first, small but plenty of pockets and straps and whatnot, but the water bottle it came with had a crappy plastic screw on the straw that broke after a few uses so now it leaks if I bend the wrong way. I still use the backpack though, with a better quality water bottle.
Sorry to hear Daffy!
