Sling and shot
A sling is a simple leather pouch in the middle of a length of rope (any strong fabric will do if you have no leather). Attach puch as one piece threaded through, or two tied or sewn on.

Slingshot technique:
Use round smooth pebbles 2cm (3/4 inch) across. Swing the sling above the head in a circle lined up on your target. Release one end of rope and ammunition should fly at target. Experiment with sling length to achieve acuracy and distance.

Sling:

HAHAHA i found this funny pic of the technique, gotta love it, but essentially it is the technique as descibed, just a funny pic.

lol I doubt that would be as acurate as a standard sling shot.

of course it wouldn't be unless you practiced a lot, however if you were in a situation where you didn't have an elastic material it would be a good quick option. You could get a heck of a lot of power going with one of them. Think about how fast ppl pitch a softball. And they do that accuratly.

i have had bad luck lately with store bough sling shots. I don't know if it's b/c i keep using the same model but it keeps breaking whre the rubber meets the steel frame. I liked it b/c of the shorter band resulted in higher velocity but i think that pulling it back further then it should be is what keeps killing it. I'm gonna pick up another one i think. I love sling shots b/c ammo is rocks and i'm pretty deadly with them.

ive heard of them, they can become very accurate with pracise and can produce way more damage than a sling shot if mastered.

if you think it is too long just wrap one end around your hand a few times and bunch up the other end and hold it so you can still release it quickly. Let us know how it works.

I have been trying sling shots lately but it seems I can only hit the target when GLOCK or Springfield XD is printed on the side.

So I guess I need more practice! Rolling Eyes

Heres a lil trick I learned works with both the wrist rocket or the sling ,, instead of just the normal steelie or round rock try wrapping 8 or more BB's in a paper towel or tp instantly you now have a scattergun of sorts ,, have fun but be very carefull they can be quite lethal
