Covers Indian methods as well as some more moder methods but it is mostly about basic primative living.

i just got this book today from amazon im lookin through it and it looks like its got lots of great stuff in it i will do a review of the book later on

This is a great book, just bought it the other day.

The only bad thing about it is I wish there were more shelters and I wish there were a ton more pictures.

i just finished reading the book a week or so ago and it was a great book i learned alot from the book and have put what i learnt into practice it goes into detail on building fires shelters getting water making tools tanning hide,plants you can eat ect... very cool stuff. i recommend this book to anyone interested in learning survival. but it does need more pics lol

It is a very good book and I agree with you that it is a good book for anyone interested in getting started in survival. The lack of pictures, well some things are kinda hard to draw or get proper angles to show fully and also, I am pretty sure the book was written to complement his classes.
