 | | I used to have a blow up raft, a wedding gift and I used to make my late husband row he was good. but when I tried it we just went in circles. it is hard to do for me at least. |
Yeah I could never row either.

paddling a kayak is no big deal. It's really easy, not like rowing a boat.

Last time I was in a canoe was at night... and then a storm came rolling in. I don't think I've ever paddled across the lake at my cabin so fast

My son & I took Lexi out to the woods today for a little scavenger hunt.
I left her about a dozen clues in the woods to help her find the treasure & she got to use her new Opinel # 8 too.
Had a great time before the storm hit us.
Edited to say that I'm a dummy & put this in the WRONG THREAD!!!

Yeah...she loves her knife. She has a SAK Camper too & I'm teaching her to sharpen them.
Still need to keep an eye on her when she's using it,although Josh (that's him in the pics) is doing a good job teaching her.
Lexi is his stepdaughter & she makes me take her to the woods whenever they pay us a visit.
