Any other people into the other side of cycling, mountain biking? I ride my bike 7 miles to work 4 days a week and then about 5-6 days a week I'm out trail riding on my bike, definately my way to keep in shape. Cool On top of that when I move down to Winona Minnesota this fall it's going to be great because there are a lot of trails in the bluffs so I'm SUPER excited! Very Happy

Nice! I'm thinking about throwing down 600 bucks for a Trek 4300 Disc, it's a hardtail. Right now I'm riding a full suspension Schwinn S60 DSX, but I want a hardtail for riding singletrack Very Happy

^ Do it ! ....
Hardtails rock ! Cool
Ive always riddin a hard tail, there fast & responsive on trails & sidewalks etc, lol.
Ive tryed Full suspension bikes & they are very cool. But heavy compared to a hardtail.
There was one i almost bought, it was a GIANT AT full suspension.
But it leaned towards the dimensions of a hardtail. Its was nice.
They no longer make that model Evil or Very Mad so i lost out there.

My full suspension is almost like a hardtail, I turned the dial to the hardest setting on the back shock as I could get it to, the only thing is all those extra parts just make it so much heavier than a hardtail. I think with a real hardtail it will just feel so much lighter and riding single tracks will be so much more smooth without that rebound from the back shock.

You will Fly through the trails with a hardtail if you buy one. Cool
Even goat trails are fun. All your peddle energy goes to the rear tire, not the suspension.
Post your new ride when ya get it BXC Cool
