Well I've been trying to eat healthier lately, so I'll post what I cook for you guys here.

Today I had my meat and potato's.

Cube up half a potato, mice up a little bit of onion, and mince up a hot pepper. Cook the potato and onion in a frying pan, but put in water instead of cooking oil. Once the potato is cooked and there isn't much water in the pan add in the pepper and ground beef. Cook until the beef is done and it's all ready. Taste good. A good ratio between the potato's and beef is about half or else you'll get a lot of ground beef and that's what it'll taste like.

Todays lunch gets the two thumbs down. I couldn't even finish it. Here's what it was.

1/4 or a green pepper diced, 1/2 tomato diced, 1 hot pepper minced, 1 ovacado, 1 chicken breast, and the fatal ingredient; half a lemons worth of juice. I cooked everything at the same time. When I ate it all I could taste was lemon, and feel a little bit of burning from the hot pepper. Remember, lemons are to be used in moderation. Wink

I probably will. I don't think I'll be able to cook with lemon for a long time. Laughing

haha the satanic lemon, don't put enough and you can barely taste, but go just over and it overpowers all other flavors Laughing

Well I had another learning experience making ravioli. First off, don't make it with a tomato filling, it doesn't taste the best. Secondly make sure to roll out the dough paper thin or the pasta will be really thick when you cook it. Now I know for next time. Cool

To make the dough I just cracked one egg, and added about a cup of flour. A little bit of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
