No, I just saw him and the horses on the commercials. Smile

I have the book on my Christmas list, and I expect my Aunt will buy it for me. She is a frequent patron of her local book store, so it should be under the tree come Christmas time. Very Happy

Ah. So far great read. Its tough to make a " survival book " and be differant. Ive read many ! & Les's just has that extra something ? to it. He mentions things ive never read in other books. Its a more " you & me " kind of talk. Its like he's talking to you not the world in general Cool More personable.

Lara: Thanks for the info on book signings in the other thread. I almost bought the book last week in Coles, but decided to put it on my Christmas list. But the Indigo at Yonge & Eglinton is right here in town, so I've marked it on my calendar. Very Happy

Where did you get that info from, Lara? I was just at Indigo's website and Les isn't listed among the author readings for the next 3 months. In any case, I'll call that location to confirm before going.

I have it marked on my calendar. I'll check the store's site again as time grows near, and as I said, I'll call the store to confirm.

Just in case anyone is unaware, I did attend the first official book signing of "Survive" 2 days ago, and wrote about the experience in this thread:
