I have a small bushel of grapes & 10 crackers with a piece of cheese for each, thats it.
If im still a bit hungry, i'll eat more grapes.

Yes, fruits and veggies are very good for you. You also need to eat more whole grains. Whole wheat bread, whole grain rice, etc.
I've been eating more fiber lately(whole grains, fruits, veggies), and I lost 5 pounds without even realizing it(or trying, for that matter). And the thing about fiber is that it fills you up faster, so you don't eat as much. Also, soluble fiber is broken down by the body and surrounds fatty foods in the digestive system. This keeps the fat and cholestorol from being absorbed into your body. It simply passes out the other side with the fiber. Overall, you are much healthier and happier.
Let me warn you though. For the first week or two of increased fiber, you will feel bloated a lot until your body gets used to the increased amounts of fiber(which is actually what everybody should be getting, 25 grams or so a day).
I suddenly have a craving for grapes.....

Sorry to hear that Winter,but don't let that stop you from reaching your goal of loosing weight. Just start over and do it for yourself.
