That way would be better than mine for a rainy day because you have plenty of room, and you can sit up. It has good ventilation which is very important, but Wouldn't protect you from the wind that good.

I like my tent but its a pain to set up and take down. I think that using a tarp will help me a lot, any recomendations for a good tarp?
