Living off the grid

Ok so I got to class and my teacher said we were going to watch "off the grid." I was thinking yeah I get to watch les, and I'll know what you guys were talking about. Then I found out it's not les stroud, but it's the guy who does the 30 days shows, where he has people walk in someone elses shoes for 30 days. Well anyway they got these people that were extreme city folks, and had them live at the Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage. They have a very sort of amish lifestyle, but they use new renewable technology as well. So all in all it's basically a modern hippy commune. It's funny, and sad because the city people don't like that lifestyle at all. Actually I don't know if they get used to it because we haven't watched it all yet. We'll finish in the next day or two.

I thought it was cool, I'd like to stay there. One think I agree with Veto on is the meat. It's natural for man to hunt and eat meat. Otherwise a lot of the things in the video can apply to our lives. Cool

Yup. I guess his new season of 30 Days is coming out soon too. I haven't really watched any of them though.
