In the picture I was telling my dad to hurry up and take the picture because I was floating toward a dam. Shocked Laughing

I think tomorrow will be an ok day to go for a ride. This time I'll wear the wetsuit, because it's cold outside, and I might go in the Bay of Green Bay. It's on lake michigan so it's freezing cold. Shocked

Well I took pictures, it's just that my phone wont email them to my computer. Evil or Very Mad

Total miles I did today were about 9 paddling, and 1 mile walking. I started out at a river, then it turned into a shallow bay, then out to Lake Michigan. It was about 3 miles across Lake michigan that I paddled to Longtail Island. It took me about 2 hours just to paddle out there. I went to the gravely part of the island at the end. I hiked about a half mile to an old lighthouse that is in ruin now. And I hiked back to my boat. I found 2 boat bumpers, and a duck decoy on my way. Smile Then for the really long hard paddle back. This time I was going upwind, and upstream. When I got to the bay I got stuck for a few hundred feet, because it was way too shallow. And being prepared as I am I took out my parachute cord, and towed my kayak through the much. Sad Then paddling back was exhausting too. My arms are shot now.

I saw lots of bird on my trek too. I saw lots of ducks, a few cranes, geese, and lots of pelicans. I even saw 21 pelicans all in one group, that is until I scared them. Rolling Eyes And if anyone wants to know geese lift up their leg when they have to poop. Laughing Oh, and there was some huge fish jumping. Too bad I didn't have my fishing pole. Confused All in all it was fun. Smile

Get those huge deltoids. Cool I'm surprised, I'm not sore today. I'm only sore where my backpack straps sit. Laughing
Found out that I got sunburt, but only on the backs of my hands, because I was wearing a wetsuit. Confused
