Well, finally im getting my comp probs fixed.
This is a new lake i went to today. Its called Foley Lake. Nice place. The road about 20 minutes back was washed out, so we had to hike up to the lake. Im going to bring me canoe here for sure next time. Shore casting was alright but its just better to get out on the water. In all, a good day My vid camera is on hold right now, so just this short vids still for a bit.

Here is a still pic of Foley Lake. This is from the road looking north. Max depth here is 20 meters.
And right across the lake you will see a graval bar, thats where the falls are, there big, it pretty cool. Noise'er than you think.

Well got out today on a nice ride. Sunny, warm. Ok, its not wilderness but it is a wet lands area protected by the Goverment.
So, i got daring and shot some footedge while riding its a dyke that is 23 miles long. There was a nice golf course to the north. Easy riding this was. But it was one of my first longer summer rides, so, next ridat will be more " Wilderness "

Nice. One handed riding is the most daring I like to get also. But I've seen kids texting while riding with no hands before.

lol, ya. Well its a huge dyke wall really. Not my idea of " Mountain " riding, but it was a good day.
The only way i could get some video footedge while trail riding would be to tape the camera to the bars or helmet.

I've thought of shooting something from my bike, but I had in mind some kind of mount on the bike frame. The thing is, some nasty vibrations and bumps would likely be transmitted to the camera. I don't know if I would try hand held unless I basically had a road to myself like you did.
I had to take another look at the shadow to make sure you didn't have a monkey climbing all over you with the camera.

> Bushrat: That monkey on my back was my cycling pack in the shadow, lol. I think if i was going to mount a camera while riding, it would be best to mount it on the helmet, the least amount of movement & vibration. Right on the bike, IMO, would be just a blur.
Unless you had some thick foam and cut out the shape of the camera in it & placed it there.

Do you just cook the fish with the skin and fins on?
I'm jealous. I wish I had a nice place like that.
