I got the sign finally made up. My Dad did the art work, it looks good. I will try to post a pic of it soon.
The CaneMan did get back to me, he had surgery and is behind in alot of his work etc.
He is keeping me posted. I have made many more pipes since. There is a sunday market that im lining up to get a table. Cool

On vacation I found a piece of driftwood that looks like a pipe, so I took it home. I'll have to show you a pic later. Cool

Well i made for myself a spoon that will stay in my pack.
For, eating, stirring my coffe or Tea. I made this one from Mahogany, it turned out good. This is now a new item to my Kit. Cool

Thanks Guy & Gals. Im getting better at carving. I now dont sand out the carving marks. Its hard to do a clean job & have it look good.
So i think i got the hang of it Cool Here is the piece i had to work the spoon from, about 1/4" thick. Its a heavy duty spoon it should last me a very long time.

Good work, you use a Dremel or something to cut them from the blank?
