Hey K-Bob you may want to do some research on that particular laser. There were a lot of reports from Ar15.com about it not being safe. Infact they were saying it was operating in a dangerous wave length that will damage your eyes. Just so you know man. I had orderd a couple for my AR, and for a shotgun I was building, but cancled the order after I found out about. Now I have an M6x on my M4gry.

Good information to have! Thanks! I'll keep shopping.

And yeah, FF, that's a Surefire G2 Nitrolon. I couldn't swing the cost of a dedicated weaponlight and mount, but the setup I have will do the job pretty well. And, if I need the flashlight it will only take a moment to remove it from it's mount.

And Az, that's a sweet setup on that rifle!

Yeah, I noticed it was the G2's basic shape, but I wasn't sure if it was an actual weaponlight or not. Smile

Cheers. Cool

I'd love that gun. Very Happy My favorite gun I ever shot was a .357 mag lever action. That would be even more fun! Razz

I just read that it will be offered in several calibers from .22LR to .30-30.

Awesome. Cool

$473 is a little out of my league. Surprised

But a sweet gun, nonetheless. Cool

It helps if you have a bipod. Just screw two boards together in an X shape and it works wonders. Cool

Looks like the Marlin 30-30 I used to use for deer hunting because the bullets drop well in the brush. I prefer my .308 though Laughing

Good call, .308's are fantastic. They shoot so straight and don't have much drop for any shots that are of a reasonable distance Cool
