Forum Name Change |
|
When I first started this place it was originally going to be Four Seasonss Survival; however, the name was taken (too bad to because that was a badass name). Anyways I came up with the Arctic Cove and its a pretty decent name, I found it that Marine Land has taken that name now (not sure when because I didnt find an arctic cove when I made this place). For now it will remain the arctic cove but once my Domain name expires in april of 2008, I am planning on buying another name, this is where you guys come in.
If we were to change the name what would you guys want?
There are no guidelines, a name is a name and I want to collect names over time and then have a vote sometime late march. I like the arctic cove but one day I plan to expand this to a full website (may be) so we will need a new name. I later discoved that Marineland created the Arctic Cove in 2004 and is was not as well known when I opened this place as it is now, but even now it is not that well known.
Ok folks, if you have ideas please fire away. Also if you have a theme (like here I have an arctic theme) please write that down too. This is going to be a fairly long term project so I want to get it down right, and I want everyone to be happy with it here

I really like ARCTIC COVE.
We'll get a really awesome name.
Another idea is we need a good motto or something like "We Live Outdoors". But we can't use that.
C'mon people let's get a cool name.

I just thought of "Summit Survival".
Yeah, it's pretty lame, but it's a start.

Not sure yet what I think it should be, but after we get enough ideas we should set up a poll with all the options and let the whole site vote.

Well "The Base Camp" is already taken.
I'm brainstorming off the third one right now.

> Center Point Survival < and for a logo have some flint arrows pointing to a Tee Pee or an A-frame shelter with a camp fire in front.

I've got a long list, but I don't have the time to post them now.
The Woodland Trail is one of them.
