Same way as you do a defrag. It should be the option right above the defrag.
Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Disk Cleanup
Maybe this'll help. See where it says Disk Cleanup?
After a bit, it'll ask you if you want to remove certain items from your computer. It should already have Temperary Folders checked, just hit OK and you're good to go. It may take a while.

If you did a lot of that then yes.
Before i do that I time my comp how long it takes to turn off and on, huge differnce
