I do too sometimes...lol

I just saw Cloverfield, really good monster movie I thought. My husband got a touch of motion sickness in it.

Unforgiven is one of my FAVORITE movies. I saw it in the theatre when it came out actually. Didn't it win some Oscars too?

I think the last time I was in a movie theatre was last fall for "No Country For Old Men". It was a good movie Very Happy but there was an older couple behind me talking throughout it. Mad I turned and gave them the evil eye Twisted Evil a couple of times early on. That lowered their volume, but it was still annoying. That's why I mostly go to 2nd run movies and afternoon showings. Smaller, better behaved audiences. When my neighbour went on vacation this spring he loaned me his collection of movies on DVD. I watched a movie a day for about 2 weeks for free. Very Happy

HERBIE!!! Oh my, that made me laugh out loud. I haven't even thought of those movies in, oh, over a decade? LOL

We don't get out to the actual movie theatre often, which is too bad as I really do like seeing certain flicks on the big screen. Stuff like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings...those are just great in a theatre. Die Hard was good on the big screen too.

Just picked up American History X. Love this movie. It's about kids who fall into the neo-nazi lifestyle, and the older brother gets sent to prison. While in prison he realizes it's wrong to be racist, and wants to make his little brother change his views too. If you haven't seen it I'm not going to give the ending away. It's rated R also.

Anyone see this movie?

It's cool, because it has a very good, anti-racist message to it. Very powerful, and moving. Cool

If you tilt your head to the side, and squint just the right amount, you kinda look like Edward Norton.

Ha! Dobry, I mean Edward Norton starred in American History X. I knew these pictures were here somewhere. Smile

I love him, he's such a great actor, very under rated if you ask me.

I'm looking forward to the new Batman moving coming out, hope we can see it on the big screen, but most likely will have to wait to rent it.

Same here, I loved the first one and it's been way too long for the sequal.

I love all of them, well, the one with Val Kilmer not so much. The original one with Michael Keaton and Jack Nickleson is always going to be my fave.

Batman has always been my favourite superhero, I think partly because he doesn't actually have any super powers. In the Michael Keaton version, I liked the way they showed how Batman got started, and the premise that someone has to be a little off his rocker to do that.
As for the upcoming version, when I saw how Heath Ledger was made up Shocked I said "I'm in; when does it open!" Cool

On the batman subject I see Wink I love batman, my Michael Keaton poster is directly behind me in fact Laughing

I want to see it opening night, but I might have to work. If I do a few friends and I are dressing up. I get to be batman because I have to cape, not to mention I called it, and they are going to joker henchmen. Hopefully we dont get fired for not wearing our "proper" uniforms Laughing
