I'm halfway through and this book is amazing to say the least. Anyone read it? Anyone who hasn't I highly recommend this book.. well at least the first half. I'll post again when I'm done.

I really liked the book. I think I've read it 3 times now. Krakauer is a very talented writer, and I've read all his stuff multiple times. "Eiger Dreams" is great!
Remembering the movie, though, I didn't like that as much. I think because there was no way the filmmakers could adequately portray everything Krakauer wrote.

When was the movie released? I might have to go rent it later in the week.
