The one in the video is amazing.
I'm thinking you could get a chain in your local store and make handles for it.

Well, regular chainsaws only go in one direction. The Pocket Chainsaw and the Ultimate Survival Saber Cut Saw go in both directions. Meaning, if you just tied a string to the end of a regular chainsaw blade, it would only cut pulling in one direction. Pulling the other way would either drag and slow it down, or it would slide. If it slid, you would just be running at half efficiency. If it dragged really bad, then it would be useless.

Or you can order the same thing from www.pocketchainsaw.com or from Basegear.
It's all pretty much the same.

Yeah, I understand. Buy products made in the USA by AMERICANS.
Of course, you're from Canada, so I don't guess that always applies.

But i have seen products with american brand names, but the tags say made in " Korea " China etc. A buddy of mine bought a pair of Columbia trail shoes & the tag says assembled in China ?........ so i dont trust much in a " brand name " anymore. If a company can farm out work to make it cheaper, thats what there doing.

Yeah, I saw a comic strip once where the characters were looking at an American $1 bill. They were like, "No. It can't be!" And then there was a close up picture of the bill, and it said MADE IN CHINA on it.
It's funny and sad at the same time because it will probably eventually happen.
