 Mesquite Pan Bread |

1 cup mesquite meal-flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup water
Cooking oil.
Combine the flours and water to make dough. Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet.
Make small flat patties with the dough, and place them in the skillet.
When the patties are well browned , turn them over. Serve with butter and honey.
